Maeve’s career started out in the property industry, working in the areas of sales, lettings and property management.  After a number of years, she moved from the world of property to supply chain, serving a pharma multinational for over a decade.

Her diverse background makes her a great asset to the team. Maeve is fully licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority and is a member of the IPAV.  She holds a Diploma in Property Management &Valuation and a BSc Hons Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Victoria’s journey from academic excellence to real estate expertise is evident in her role as Lettings Manager. With qualifications in both property management and art history, Victoria offers a unique blend of skills to the team.

Declan is our Lettings & Property Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential and commercial rental portfolio. He brings extensive experience in residential and commercial lettings and property management, providing a professional, efficient and customer-focused service to landlords and tenants alike.

With a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, Declan oversees property inspections, maintenance coordination, rent management and compliance with current rental legislation. He is committed to delivering a responsive, reliable service while building lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Jennifer is our valued colleague and dedicated receptionist and administrator at Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer. With her compassionate nature, Jennifer is committed to assisting and reassuring individuals at every stage of their housing market journey. Since joining our team in 2026, Jennifer has embraced the excitement of the property market, bringing a fresh perspective from her previous experiences.

Dean qualified through the Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship in 2024 and now holds a full PSRA licence. Throughout his training, he developed extensive experience in residential property sales, valuations, and client services, giving him the knowledge and expertise to navigate today’s dynamic property market.

With a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for property, Dean is dedicated to delivering a professional, efficient, and client-focused service. His approachable manner and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients ensure they are supported with confidence and care throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

Rebecca is a second-year apprentice with Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer and is currently studying Auctioneering & Property Services at Cork College of Commerce as part of her professional qualification.

Combining her studies with practical, hands-on experience, Rebecca is developing a strong understanding of the property industry across residential sales, lettings and property management. She is enthusiastic, organised and committed to delivering a professional and friendly service to our clients.
